How To Set Up And Sell Group Trainings

Welcome to Oddience! If you're looking to set up and sell group training on our app, you're in the right place. You can offer a variety of group training options, such as: Paid Workshops, Webinars, Live Classes, Training Programs, Coaching Sessions, Masterclasses, Virtual Conferences. Group training is a great way to connect with multiple people at once and share your knowledge or skills. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to set up and sell group trainings on Oddience:

Open the Admin Tab

Once you're logged in to your Oddience account, open the admin tab located on the left-hand side of the screen. This will give you access to various options, including "Events" which is where you can set up your group training sessions.

Under the "Events" tab, you'll see two subheaders: "Free Events" and "Paid Events". On the “Paid Events” tab click on the “Add New Event” tab, a pop up will appear on your screen where you can either select the option of creating a 1:1 event or a group event. Select group events.

Click on the group option in the drop-down menu and create a new event. You can customise the details of the event, such as the title, description, location, type, slot fee, duration, slots available and date/time.

The slot fee is the price participants can pay to join the group training session.

The number of slots lets you decide the total number of participants you are willing to train. This is also a great way to drive registrations by making people think the seats are limited.

You can also upload an image or add additional details about the group training session to make it more appealing to potential participants.

Add a Co-Host (Optional)

If you want to add a co-host to your group training session, you can do so by clicking on the "Add Co-Host" button on the event details page. Fill in their details and select the "Add Co-Host" option. This can be useful if you want to collaborate with another expert or have someone assist you during the group training session.

Collect Client Information

Create an intake form by clicking on the "Intake Form" option on the event details page. This will allow you to collect important details from participants, such as their name, email, and any other information you require.

Go Live On Your Group Event

Once you've filled in all the necessary details and added additional questions to your intake form (if needed). Publish your group event by clicking on the "Create Event" button. Your group training session will now be visible to potential participants on your website.

Congratulations! You've successfully set up and published your group training session on your website. Now you can start promoting it to potential participants and selling slots. Keep an eye on your bookings and communicate with your participants to ensure a smooth and successful group training session.
