With a simple process and easy-to-use features, you can offer personalised consultations without having to leave the Oddience app. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to offer 1:1 consultations with Oddience:

Once you're on the Oddience app, log in to your account https://www.oddience.co/login and access the admin view. On the left-hand side of the screen, you'll see an array of options. Select the "Bookings" tab to get started.

Under the "Events" tab, you'll see two subheaders: "Free Events" and "Paid Events". On Free Events click on Click on "Create an Event". On the “Paid Events” tab click on the “Add New Event” tab, a pop up will appear on your screen where you can either select the option of creating a 1:1 event or a group event. Select 1:1.

You'll be directed to a page where you can fill in your event details. This includes information such as the event title, event description, time e.t.c. You can also add an image to make your event more visually appealing to clients.

After filling in your event details, you'll be taken to the "Intake Form" where you'll see some client questions. There are preset questions that allow you collect basic information about your clients but you can tap “additional questions” to ask more questions.

Once you've completed the intake form, click on the "Create Event" button to publish your event. Your event will now be visible on your website. You can also find it under the "Events" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

Once your Event appears on your website, you can either send your website link to a potential client or you can copy the link to the specific event and share it with your clients for them to book an appointment with you.
